PT. Sumatera Kemasindo, the Best Cardboard Factory in Sumatera – a company engaged in the cardboard packaging industry, has built the Basyrul Amin Mosque as a form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in RT 001, RW 011, Kelurahan Kulim, Kecamatan Kulim, Pekanbaru, Riau. This project is fully supported by residents and local village officials, and was inaugurated on 19 June 2021.
Musholla Basyrul Amin is a CSR project of PT. Sumatera Kemasindo which aims to provide benefits to the surrounding community, especially in the religious field. This mosque is expected to be a comfortable place of worship for the local community, as well as a means to promote a better religious life.
The inauguration of the Musholla Basyrul Amin was attended by representatives from PT. Sumatera Kemasindo, local community members, village officials, and local religious leaders. The atmosphere of emotion and gratitude was visible on the faces of the attendees, because the Basyrul Amin Musholla would become a new place of worship for the local community. Besides building the Basyrul Amin prayer room, PT.
